Filter press works by transmit of liquid that contain small particles from cloth by different kind and holes sizes. General format and schematic of filter press was illustrated in following sentences. The process starts by primary filtering big particles is separated from liquid just as sure as not to damage the plumbing. After that the liquid stores in the tank (number 1). And is transported to precipitation tank (number 3) by pump (number 2). By the same time some precipitator polymer materials are added to liquids by system 4 in order to increase the precipitation speed.
The muddy liquid is transported automatically to homogenizer tank (number 6) by control valve. After homogenizing the liquid is pumped in to the filter press (number 8) by special pump.
In the filter press the liquid crosses from fabric under the pressure that is obtained by pump (number 7) and the solid particles rest on the fabric and the cake approaches. After feeding time the thickness of cake fills the spaces between plates and by the opening of jack the cake will be evacuated.
After filtering process the filtered liquid will stored in tank (number 10) and is directed to factory line process.

Removal of fine particles in the slurry. The solution coming through the filter press water bibs, called the filtrate (6), will be very pure. The filtrate can be drained away for safe disposal, or it can be kept in a water tank for recycled use.
The cake, formed after the solid-liquid separation of slurry, will fall out once the pack is opened.
Once the filter cake is fully pressed and filtrate trickles are out, the cake can be washed to remove any impurities and can further be air dried.
