These kinds of plates were introduced earliest; include a frame and a plate with many sealing surfaces. After feeding into the filter, cake is produced in this frame. Material of them is of Polypropylene, Cast Iron, Aluminum or stainless steel and maximum cake thickness is approximately 80 mm.
Standard frame and plate Filter Plates sizes are 400*400, 600*600 and 800*800.
